Development Funding To Refurbish a Large Commercial Property For a Local Charity

Our client approached us requesting funding to convert a large commercial property into multiple different units.
The client had purchased the property with their own funds and now required fast flexible development funding in order convert the property into 5 separate units.
Lowry Capital provided £120,000 in funding for the development of the property, and we are expected to make more funds available as the build progresses.
