Development Funding To Refurbish a Large Commercial Property For a Local Charity

Our client approached us requesting funding to convert a large commercial property into multiple different units.

The client had purchased the property with their own funds and now required fast flexible development funding in order convert the property into 5 separate units.

Lowry Capital provided £120,000 in funding for the development of the property, and we are expected to make more funds available as the build progresses.

Using Lowry Capitals funding, the client was able to get this project underway immediately & upon completion there will be 5 brand new retail units with demand expected to be very strong.
